Stray Animals in Indonesia

Hello, back with me again!
We will talk about the strays in Indonesia today, huh? Well, it think it'll be a bit dark... but it's the truth :(
Now, let's begin...

As what we have talked about in the past post, the stray animals problem is a problem that's also happened here in Indonesia. Roughly estimated, currently there're maybe around 500,000 dogs in Bali--wow, couldn't imagine how may dogs in the entire Indonesia.. But, not like Amerika which has an animal control to control the stray animals, Indonesia doesn't have one. This problem doesn't seems to be a main concern of the government. Usually stray animals population control is conducted by a non-governmental institute. This institute is what we know as animal rescue. Not only trying to control the population, this group is also rescuing the stray animals.
